The beginning August saw the first full moon of two in the month – so the second one was a blue moon (and very over hyped by the media!). Anyway, on the night of the first full moon we hosted a family cookout on Mpamba rock which was stunning. And then dinner again under the stars by the rapids. Then we have some river action while guiding a VERY keen photographer (who I captured having an elephant encounter on the boat). Walking, fishing, a Pel’s fishing owl and a trip to the mini wonder gorge!
