Kaingu has built an enviable reputation for food. Fresh and inventive menus that are updated with each new year as well as seasonal changes ensure that your taste senses are also looked after. Our head chefs Wina and Lizzy are vastly experienced, and Kaingu sources produce that includes as many organic ingredients as possible as well as grass-fed Zambian beef and sustainable wild venison. Our meals generally consist of early continental breakfasts before game drives and then a buffet lunch with interesting salads and various dish choices. Dinners feature wonderful options and we are working closely in 2016 with a top Zimbabwean chef and author (Sarah Lilford) to make interesting menu choices and further enhance our cuisine.
